ALL IN Lacrosse and TCBOOST have teamed up to bring you a unique opportunity to truly train in a comprehensive fashion developing your skills, speed, strength, power, and agility all in one place with the coaches that working together in your best interest as a lacrosse player. Join us for this amazing winter lacrosse training event.
What:
- Speed – Resisted and non-resisted sprint and mechanics work with emphasis on explosive first 3 steps, acceleration and top speed. Video analysis will be part of every session.
- Agility – Multi-directional and reactive movement as well as decelleration. Emphasis on mechanics for performance and reduction in ACL injury potential.
- Injury prevention – Injury prevention is built in to the design of the training program through foundation of mechanics and balanced strength/power work. If you are injured or in the rehabilitation process, we can engineer a rehab program for you with TCBOOST’s on site physical therapy partner REACT Physical Therapy.
- Strength – You will have access to TCBOOST’s state of the art strength training facility to follow your schools winter break strength program. If you do not have one, TCBOOST will put one together for you completely catered to your needs. Strength sessions can be done as a group either directly following the speed and lacrosse skill work or else scheduled at a separate available time.
- Skill – lacrosse specific skills to maintain and improve your game
