ALL IN Policies and Procedures

Seasonal Lesson Packages: During the Fall/Winter seasons, lessons will be sold as packages. Athletes will be required to purchase a pre-fixed number of lessons. During the Spring/Summer seasons, lessons can be purchased individually or as a package.

  • Winter 2 season = 8 week package (January – February)
  • Spring 1 season = 4 weeks (March)
  • Spring 2 season = 10 weeks (April – June)
  • Summer season = 12 weeks (June – September)
  • Fall season = 10 week package (September – November)
  • Winter 1 season = 6 week package (November – December)

PAYMENT PROCEDURE: All lessons must be paid at the time of scheduling online by credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY: ALL IN Lacrosse has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or notify us less than 24 hours before your scheduled lesson, that lesson will be deducted from your account. If you need to reschedule or cancel your lesson, please contact the ALL IN office via phone or email.

EARLY CANCEL (Sick/Injuries): You will be allowed one excused early cancel per season that will be used as a credit due to sickness. Injuries will be on a case by case basis. Definition of early cancel: Notification within 24 hours of your scheduled lesson was made to the ALL IN office.

COMMUNICATION: Client must contact the ALL IN office via email or phone no less than 24 hours to cancel a scheduled lesson.

CREDIT POLICY: Credits are unredeemable for indoor lessons. Unused lessons must be redeemed within 1 year of the originally scheduled date.

I.e. (A lesson is early canceled on 2/10/24, must be used by 2/10/25).

ALL IN CANCELLATIONS: If ALL IN cancels a lesson, athletes will be given the option to reschedule.

Due to the nature and expense of pre-planned events, lessons, team training, camps and clinics, ALL IN Lacrosse has a no refund policy.
