WALL BALL ROUTINE
In lacrosse, the Wall ball routine serves as an effective exercise that entails throwing a weighted ball against a wall and catching it upon its return. This practice enhances strength, coordination, and endurance. It can be performed individually or with a partner, providing an enjoyable means of maintaining physical activity. The intensity of the workout can be modified by varying the weight of the ball or the velocity of the throws.
