ALL IN TRAINING
Pair lessons give you many of the same benefits as individuals, but with another athlete of similar age or skill set. Some athletes prefer the presence of another person or friend. Regardless of one’s learning preferences, training with another person can drive you that much further.
A partner is there to encourage and challenge you, hold you accountable, and even make working out more fun. You feed off each other’s energy and inspire one another to ultimately train harder.
