Denver Summit
Summit Elite is a new national Illinois and Colorado team focused on providing the highest competitive experience for college bound athletes through their senior year in high school. Our inaugural high school team combines the talents of two highly competitive and successful girls lacrosse teams, Wildcat Elite 2017 and Denver Summit 2017 and is currently a mixed team of talented athletes in the 2017-2019 graduation classes. We boast a roster of 16 commits, 13 from D1 schools. Benefitting from the resources of the University of Denver women’s lacrosse team, Summit Elite provides exceptional recruiting resources, D1 training, and the commitment to prepare players mentally and physically for the rigors of NCAA collegiate lacrosse. Summit Elite co-head coaches are Mark Bundra with ALL IN Lacrosse and Zoe Smith, former standout UNC player, and current DU staff member and owner of Summit Lacrosse.
2018/2019 Opportunity
Our fall and winter Summit Elite high school roster is currently full. Current evaluations will be for rolling openings in summer 2017 as well as possible select tournaments when alternates are needed. Pending Colorado tryouts (Mark Bundra is attending) there may be select openings on Denver Summit 2018 and 2019 teams.
2021 Opportunity
Summit Elite will create a Summit Elite 2021 National team. We will have limited guest roster openings for Young Guns tournament this fall but allow 2021’s to play with their current local club team while participating in select tournaments with Summit Elite as guest players. Invitations for participation will include Summit Elite small group training with Mark Bundra in addition to roster spots at Young Guns and future tournaments to be determined.
